Hvis man vil excellere, n\u00e5r det kommer til pr\u00e6sentationer, taler og tv indslag, s\u00e5 skal langt de fleste arbejde med deres udtryk. Mange overser denne del af pr\u00e6sentationteknik bl.a. fordi det kan v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt at konkretisere, eller fordi mange simpelthen ikke ved, hvordan man skal gribe det an.<\/p>\n

Heldigvis er det mere h\u00e5ndgribeligt end mange tror. Med den rette hj\u00e6lp kan man meget hurtigt g\u00e5 fra at virke tilbageholden, nerv\u00f8s, usikker, s\u00f8rgmodig og kedelig til trov\u00e6rdig, vidende, selvsikker, interessant og f\u00e6ngende.<\/p>\n

Nerv\u00f8sitet er naturlig, n\u00e5r der er noget p\u00e5 spil. Og det er der, n\u00e5r vi pr\u00e6senterer.<\/p>\n

Derfor handler det om at g\u00f8re nerv\u00f8siteten til \u201cdin ven\u201d, som du l\u00e6rer at h\u00e5ndtere, s\u00e5 den faktisk med den rette tr\u00e6ning kan g\u00f8re dig endnu bedre.<\/p>\n

En af kilderne til nerv\u00f8sitet er, at vi l\u00e6ser publikums reaktion forkert, og tolker dem som negative og kritiske. Det l\u00e6rer du at lave om p\u00e5.<\/p>\n

En anden kilde til nerv\u00f8sitet er, at vi er bange for at lave fejl. Men fejl er menneskelige og er et vigtigt br\u00e6ndstof til autensitet og sympati.<\/p>\n

Hos mig l\u00e6rer du bl.a. at benytte en simpel APP, der tr\u00e6ner den rette vejrtr\u00e6kning, n\u00e5r du pr\u00e6senterer. Og du f\u00e5r en r\u00e6kke
strategier, du kan benytte i pr\u00e6sentationssituationen, hvis du f\u00f8ler at nerv\u00f8siteten, er ved at “stikke af”<\/p>\n

Og det er med tr\u00e6ning af kropssprog lidt som med med fodboldspillere \u2013 \u201chvis du vil v\u00e6re god, kan du ikke n\u00f8jes med at spille kamp\u201d.<\/p>\n

Med andre ord s\u00e5 kr\u00e6ver det strategier, principper og \u201cind\u00f8vede kombinationer\u201d.<\/p>\n
